Using our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Marketplace role
Trovana connects travelers to licensed agencies; agencies remain the contractual operators of the trips.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely. Refund and cancellation policies are per-agency and displayed on the trip page.
4. Disputes
In case of dispute, Trovana mediates between the traveler and the agency.
5. Account
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
